Ronald G. Henley 60 of Winter Haven, Florida, died Thursday, April 20, 2000, at Winter Haven Hospital.
Mr. Henley was born on February 16, 1940 in Randolph County.
He was raised in Anna. He moved to Winter Haven from St. Louis three years ago.
He was head of maintenance for Winter Haven Baptist Manor. He was a member of the American Legion Post No. 8 Honor Guard in Winter Haven.
He was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in St. Louis.
He was a U.S. Army veteran and served in Vietnam.
Survivors include his mother; Julia Henley of Augusta, Georgia; a sister Peggy A. Stamper of Augusta; a companion, Judy Clark of Winter Haven; other relatives and friends.
Memorial services were at 5p.m. Sunday, April 23, At American Legion Post No. 8 in Winter Haven. Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Winter Haven was in Charge of arrangements.
He attended _______ grade school and Anna Jonesboro Community High School and graduated with the Class of 58.
