Gary Evans, 68, of Anna died Friday, Jan. 16, 2009, at City Care Center in Anna.
He had worked in the maintenance department of Union County Hospital.
Survivors include his wife; his mother, Eileen Robins of Marion, Ill.; a brother, Mark Miles of Chicago; and a sister, Michele Moore of Centralia, Ill.
He was preceded in death by a brother.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. today at Crain Funeral Home in Anna.
Private interment will be at a later date.
Note: Gary was a member of the A J Class of 1959
