Paul L. Abbott, son of Hollis & Ruth Fries Abbott, was born in Oak Forest on September 7, 1940.
Paul died 12 March 1996, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 55.
Mr. Abbott was formerly employed by Lee Wards in Elgin.
He Attended Anna Heights Baptist Church.
Survivors include one sister, Leota Lovesless of Jonesboro; one brother Hollis Abbott of Jonesboro: five nephews, one niece, and other relatives and friends.
Paul L. Abbott is buried in the Jonesboro cemetery.
Paul was in the A-J Freshman class of 1957.
