Betty Graham 1960

Betty D. Baker, daughter of Doyle and Jean Frick Graham, was born in Anna on Feb 22, 1942.
She died Wednesday, Aug 8, 2001, at home in Waterloo at the age of 59.
Mrs. Baker married Jack Baker in Jonesboro on Sept 16, 1961.
She was preceded in death by Mr. Baker on March 19, 2000.
Mrs. Baker and her husband owned and operated the Waterloo Dairy Queen for the past 27 years.
She was a member of Dairy Queen Operators Association and the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Waterloo.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Jama and Danny Wolf of Coulterville; one son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Kerry Baker of Waterloo; five grandchildren, Jacob, Benjamin and Nicholas Wolf and Madison and Graham Baker; her parents, Doyle and Jean Graham of Anna; a bother-in-law and sister-in-law, Rolla and Jo Baker of Anna; a close friend and cousin; Judy Stegle; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends and love ones
Funeral services were Saturday Aug.11, at 11a.m. in the chapel of Hileman & Parr Funeral with Pastor Tony Troup officiating.
Interment was in Jonesboro Cemetery.
Memorials can be made to the Union County Hospital District Rehabilitation Department.
She attended Jonesboro Grade School and graduated with the Anna Jonesboro Community High School Class of 1960.
She was active in Future Homemaker of America, Pep Club, French Club and Girls Association.
