Dale M. Sadler, 61, of Trenton, died Wednesday, September 14, 2005, in St. Joseph Hospital in Breese.
He was born November 19, 1943, in Anna, to Alfred and Doris (Nelson) Sadler.
They preceded him in death.
He was also preceded in death by his father-in-law, Lynn Shepard.
He married Nancy Shepard, September 22, 1962, in Anna, and she survives in Trenton.
Also surviving is a son, Dale Sadler Jr. and wife Tina of Highland; daughters, Vicki Haar and husband Paul of New Baden and Tracy Wellen and husband Scott of Highland; seven grandchildren, Victoria and Amanda Haar, Kelsey, Zachary and Blake Wellen and Dakota and Konner Sadler; a sister, Phyllis Miller and husband Carol of Anna; and a mother-in-law, Mildred Shepard of Anna.
Dale retired from the United States Air Force in 1981 as a Senior Master Sergeant.
He then retired from the U.S. postal service as a mail carrier in January 2005.
He was a member of Big Creek Baptist Church in Anna.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, 2005, in Moss Funeral Home in Trenton, with the Rev. Mike May officiating.
Interment services will be at 2:30 p.m. in Big Creek Cemetery in Anna.
Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, 2005, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to his family and will be received at the funeral home.

Dale graduated with the Ann-Jonesboro Community High School Class of 1961.
