Victor Casper died February 6, 2006 in Apache Junction, Arizona where his ashes were scattered after cremation.
He is survived by two sisters, Gail & Peggy and a brother, Phil.
Victor Casper graduated Anna-Jonesboro Community High School with the Class of 1962.
