Jack Evans, 64 of Anna died Wednesday March 5, 2008 at his home.
He work for 20 years for Roper Appliance Manufacturing in Kankakee and maintenance in variance business in Anna-Jonesboro.
He had service in the National Guard.
He is survived by his mother Eileen Robins of Marion, one daughter Eisa Le Shane of California, two brother Gary Evans of Anna, Mark Miles of Chicago, one sister Michelle Moore of Centralia; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Private services will be held at a later date.
Arrangement are being handle by Crain Funeral Home, Anna-Jonesboro.
Note: Jack gradated with the Anna-Jonesboro Class of 1962.
