Roger Dale Henderson, 63, of Scott City, Mo., died Tuesday, May 17, 2011, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born on April 15, 1948, in Anna, the son of Raymond and Jean Ivern Morris Henderson.
He married Leann Marie Miller on April 27, 2002, in Makanda.
Mr. Henderson was a supervisor and domestic and off-shore travel consultant for Florsheim Shoe Co. in Cape Girardeau and had worked as a supervisor for Newell Rubbermaid in Jackson He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Austin Carroll of Scott City; two daughters, Lachelle Carroll and Rhiannon Henderson of Scott City; and two brothers, Richard Henderson of Charlotte, N.C., and Bruce Henderson of Jonesboro.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The funeral was at 10 a.m. Friday, May 20, at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City, with the Rev. Dennis Lowe officiating.
Burial was in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Mo., with full military honors.
